These terms govern access to and use of EduPilot by partner schools, school staff, parents, guardians and other authorized users.
EduPilot provides school management, parent communication, fee, academic and learning tools to partner schools and their authorized users.
You may use the platform only through an account issued or approved by your school, and only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
Partner schools are responsible for verifying user access, maintaining accurate student records, and obtaining any parent or guardian permissions required for the school's use of EduPilot.
Schools must ensure that staff accounts are used only by the assigned user and that access is removed when a staff member leaves or changes role.
Parents and guardians may access information for wards linked to their account, including attendance, diary notes, fee information and academic records made available by the school.
Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping login details confidential and promptly reporting any unauthorized access.
Fee amounts, due dates, refunds and adjustments are set by the partner school. EduPilot provides the software interface and may integrate with third-party payment gateways.
Payment gateway providers process payment instruments directly. Their own terms may apply to transactions completed through their services.
Users may not misuse EduPilot, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful content, or use school data for non-educational or unauthorized purposes.
We may suspend access where required to protect the platform, school data, other users, or legal compliance.
We work to keep EduPilot reliable and secure, but platform availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, internet providers, payment gateways or infrastructure vendors.
Features may change over time as we improve the product or meet legal, security or operational requirements.
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Data Compliance overview. Schools remain responsible for their own records and parent-facing obligations.
