IP Infringement

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This page explains how rights owners or authorized representatives can report intellectual property concerns involving EduPilot content or platform materials.

01

Our content standards

EduPilot aims to use original, licensed or properly authorized educational content, product materials, images and platform assets.

We review reported intellectual property concerns promptly and may remove or restrict disputed material while a review is in progress.

02

What to include in a report

Please include your name, organization, contact email, a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you believe is being infringed, and the specific EduPilot page, feature or material involved.

Include enough detail for us to locate the material, understand your rights, and contact you for clarification if needed.

03

Good-faith statement

Your report should state that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or applicable law.

Please also confirm that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the rights owner.

04

Review process

After receiving a complete report, we will review the material, contact the reporting party if more information is needed, and take appropriate action based on the facts available.

Where a partner school supplied the disputed material, we may coordinate with that school to verify rights or remove the material.

05
